Meghan J. Lindgren, DDS
Dr. Lindgren brings to orthodontics a personal and gentle touch. As the mother of three young children, she understands the importance of communication and compassion when working with children and their parents in a new environment. Dr. Lindgren is committed to providing exceptional orthodontic care. Her practice philosophy is to treat all patients as she would treat her own family. Dr. Lindgren believes that our patients are the most important aspect of our practice.
A native of Kansas City, Dr. Lindgren is a Certified Orthodontic Specialist who has been serving Kansas City and surrounding communities since 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Kansas in 1995. She then received her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in 2000. Immediately following her dental education, Dr. Lindgren remained at the dental school as a faculty member and provider of dental care in the Special Patient Care Clinic for two years. Dr. Lindgren was one of four students accepted into the residency program in orthodontics at UMKC, receiving her certification as an orthodontic specialist in 2004.
Dr. Lindgren is currently a member of many dental and orthodontic organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Southwest Society of Orthodontists (SWSO), American Dental Association (ADA) and the Kansas Dental Association (KDA). Her membership in each professional organization allows Dr. Lindgren the opportunity for continuing education.
Dr. Lindgren and her husband, Ron, have three active children, Miles, Carly and Wyatt. Dr. Lindgren enjoys many activities including baseball, swimming and spending time with family and friends.
Audrey
Audrey is an orthodontic assistant who brings over five years of previous experience working with children and special needs patients. She enjoys the challenges of working in the orthodontic field and loves the reward of getting to see the happy, beautiful, new smiles on our patients’ faces when their braces are finally removed. Audrey lives in Gardner with her husband, Jerod, and daughter, Ava.
Candice
Candice is our Treatment Coordinator who has been with the office for the past year and a half. She looks forward to meeting all the new patients and seeing their progress throughout treatment.
Tiffanie
Tiffanie is an orthodontic assistant we have welcomed this year to the practice! She enjoys spending time with her two children and attending all of their activities.
Bri
Bri is our scheduling coordinator who will greet you when you arrive at the office. She is the proud mother of a daughter and a new baby boy!
Katie
As our financial and insurance coordinator, Katie works with our patients to make sure that each patient and family member who comes into our practice always feel welcome and appreciated, and that their questions are answered. Katie loves helping patients, and looks forward to working with you and your family. Katie currently lives in Shawnee with her husband, Ed, and three young boys.
